Hi, I am Harvi Shah, an IT Business Consultant turned to a serial Fashion Entrepreneur by Passion.
I play many roles – A Mother, A Wife, A Daughter, A Fashion Brand Founder, A Consultant but the role I love the most is A FASHION BUSINESS COACH. I am an overly passionate to teach ambitious Women like me, Start and Scale their Profitable Online Fashion Brands.
My journey of being a Fashion Entrepreneur started accidentally in 2015, when I dared to quit my high paying International IT Consultancy career and started my Fashion Jewellery Brand – BlingBag in the 8th Month of my pregnancy. My priorities were changing – More time with family, More money, More Freedom and Better Lifestyle for my middle class family.With no Fashion Degree or Business Experience, I was able to launch and scale my brand from 0 to 10 crores gross revenue in 6+ years.
Honestly, my journey of launching BlingBag was not smooth. I struggled with hundreds of questions around products, manufacturers, sales, customers, social media, inventory, operations and many others. I launched my brand with random guess work, learning what free YouTube videos and blog articles taught. And it was a disaster! I kept looking at the laptop everyday in hope of seeing orders on my website.
After exhausting all my trial and errors, I was almost on the verge of giving up my business. I thought I was doing everything but there was no real growth in my Fashion Business. I had clear 2 choices – LEAVE or LEARN. Can you guess what did I choose ? 🙂
I surrendered to learning the right business strategies from experts. I am a strong believer of “Learning has no Age Bar. One Needs To Be A Life Long Learner” to design a Life and Business that One desires! I found some amazing mentors and I surround myself in their super energy and learning environment which help me push my limits and achieve my “Once Upon A Time – A Dream!
